Welcome to my site!
Due to 400 steady clients, I’m currently not accepting new clients or clients who haven’t seen me in the past 12 months. My goal is to continue to provide quality and safety over quantity. This does not pertain to dogs who use Pride and Pedigree daycare service regularly. For P&P clients, please notify me so we can set up a date to combine with their daycare visit. I will continue to happily answer questions and update this site as a source of information.
Since I am currently working on an appointment-only basis, please call me under 510-326-1638 M-Fri for scheduling purposes. I work as an independent contractor at Pride and Pedigree Dog Facility Monday through Friday. Working one on one with each dog and scheduling appointments like a hairstylist, they have my undivided attention from start to finish using a “cage free” method.
I only offer private grooming sessions, cage free. After making an appointment, on time for arrival and pick up is important just like at the barber or hairstylist. If you are late dropping off, please call me to prevent an unnecessary trip here. We will have to reschedule the appointment to prevent running into the next client’s appointments throughout the day. This will include a $30 missed appointment fee per dog on your next visit if you do decide to reschedule. It’s a chain reaction for everyone which is a downside of private appointments. Repeat tardies will be addressed and given limited options future appointments.
Consultations: With a hair cut or bath appointment, your consultation is complementary. If you would like a consultation only, there’s a $10 fee for 15 minute private consultation.
Vaccination Requirements:
Yes, I do require vaccination paperwork in order to be groomed. For those who do not vaccinate, I do except titer paperwork from your vet. Due to dishonest clients, tags are no longer efficient proof of vaccination. Check with your vet about proper vaccines or titer prior to being groomed.
NO SHOWS OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
No shows or missed appointments without an hour notice will require a $30 charge per pet. I reserve your appointment for your pet only passing up other clients for your pet’s reservation. In order to make a future appointment after a NO SHOW/MISSED appointment, please understand that your next fee with be the groom cost plus a $30 per pet No Show fee.
My weekends are for dog shows and other dog events.
